I was watching a morning show with that scottish lady can't remember the name. Its GMTV or something anyways, this couple came on and this lady has two kids now but before and inbetween the children she has had 18 miscarriages. The stress from this must have been hard on her and her partner.

Do you think you could of coped with these amounts of miscarriages? Must be the biggest mind fuck to have that feeling that you are pregnant then taken away 18 times.

I've had 5 and that fucked my head up, can't imagine what she went through! Poor woman.

You were my strength when i was weak,
You were my voice when i couldn't speak,
You were my eyes when i couldn't see,
You saw the best there was in me,
You picked me up when i couldn't reach,
I'm everything i am because you loved me.

Fucking hell, that's an incredible number. Glad she's still had some kids, though.

Apparently she had all the tests for people with repeatative miscarriages and came all back negative. The doctors said it was just bad luck.

That's startling, what's the odds? There must have been more to it than that, surely.

Not really, we still don't know all the reasons for miscarriages. Sometimes its auto immune if I spelt that right and other things.

Could be loads of reasons for miscarriages, smoking, drinking, drugs, generally being unhealthy, problems with the womb etc etc.

Must have been harsh to go through that many
