To all those people saying they'd never have one, what if you found out that the unborn baby was seriously deformed or had downs etc? would you still feel the same?

    I still wouldn't have one.

The only way I would even consider it was if in early days I was told the pregnancy could be a risk to my life or the baby has a greater chance of dying than living. Or if the baby was already dead obviously.

I'm not totally against it, like for medical reasons I understand but having one from choice I don't understand.

If you get pregnant, and you didn't intend to, that's your fault.

If you don't want the baby, have it put up for adoption, there are so many people who can't have children, a few I know and I feel really bad for them when I hear  how they feel when they hear about someone having an abortion.

So lets turn the great gift of having a child into the world, into a punishment. Thats the old chestnut that has never made sense in a abortion arguement.

Well, if someone intended on having a one stand for example, didn't use contraception because he/she was too pissed and the girl ended up getting preggo, then who's fault is that?

Not saying it's either a man's or a woman's responsibility to carry contraception, it's both but people need to be more mature about certain things.

Fault alone because of a mistake doesn't mean oh she should be forced to have to go though a pregency she doesn't want just to play the blame game that someone wouldn't deny.

Then that's not really their fault in a way no, but I would still say adoption over abortion.

and it can mess up a child to find out they were rejected by their biological perents.

I dont agree with late abortions but imo ones under 10 weeks are ok if it isn't the right time/situation.

havent had one but nearly did, i couldnt go through with it though. i wouldnt do it now without serious reasons and even then only if it was still very early in the pregnancy or there were medical reasons for it - e.g the baby had something very wrong and would not have a quality of life etc

    I'm sorry, I don't speak pineapple.
