So this morning i had to take out my lip peircing because my body rejected it.

believe me, Its left a big mess.

But im hoping to get tatoos...

Would my body reject that too?

Or is it a differant story to having soming left in the skin?

Piercings are alot different to having ink injected. You wont know till you have one.

    piercings are different.

with piercings, your body thinks fuck what is this foreign object doing inside apart of my skin, and sends all its little red and white blood cells to try and push it out, the puss is dead white blood cells, so you're body will eventually get used to it and accept it in a way.

but saying that, ive had my flesh tunnel for over a year now, and i havent had any problems with it until now, for some reason my body has just started to reject it, and it keeps trying to push it out, its swollen, red and smells

with tattoos its a little different, you're skin scabs, its like an open wound, so the best way to prevent any chance of infection is to keep it smothered in bepanthen and wrapped up clingfilm for the WHOLE healing time, so if it takes 4 weeks to heal, leave it wrapped up for that amount of time.

people get impatient but incorrect aftercare because they cant be arsed anymore will be something you'll regret.

This my war baby, go home.

how the hell does this make you allergic to piercing???

it just got infected..... if you'd of cleaned it up it would of healed!

and being allergic to tattoos is whether your allergic to the ink not the process! so theres no way of knowing until you have one! and you may only be allergic to one colour! reds a very comman colour.

so yeah... i doubt youve got anything to worry about like!

My lip rejected my piercing too. Probably because I didn't keep my mouth particularly clean as I was drinking Buckfast and smoking within a couple of hours getting it done. That said I never had any problems with my nipples, ears or eyebrow piercings and no problem with tattooes.

shouldnt do, usually when your body rejects something it trys to push it out. Unlikely to happen with a tattoo as its not acually nesting in your skin (if that makes sense) only thing you have to watch out for is infection as long as its looked after with proper care its fine
