I dont think he will be dead you dont know what they had planned before Heath past away they may need to fetch him back for the next one Im not sure

And I didnt think his voice was that bad he needed to put something on or people would recognise him I see it as part of his disguise

I watched Batman Begins last night and his voice isn't nearly as bad in that.  He overdid it in TDK.

i dint have a problem with it when he wasnt talkign that much but nearer the end when harvey as kidnapped gordans kids and is got a lot of speech it really annoyed me

Yeah, I wouldn't want him to be played by anyone else now. It's a real shame Ledger passed away, i'd have loved to see him reprise his role as the Joker.
