Also, the RAM might not have been installed correctly, should check that it's not loose or anything.
I took the RAM out and put it back in again, it was in securely anyway but thought I'd just do it anyway. It haven't had any errors so far 
I was looking at the print on the labels of my old RAM and new RAM and they say the same shit. PC3200, 400MHz, CL3, DDR.
If that error occurs again I'm taking it to my work for the IT guy to look at, he knows his stuff so hopefully will be able to fix it
