hey guys, welcome to my page, as you may have guessed i am a personal trainer. I have been in the fitness industry over the past 5 years and have been training over the last 6 years. You can see from when i started out and as to how i am now. I used to work in a gym known as LA Fitness highgate which is near camden town (if anyone in london knows it), but now I'm in my own private studio and training people the way it should be done, private and personal!
