    Think i might do some dancing later on for half an hour or sofun away to lose weight, just boogying around in my bedroom to some loud cheesy pop songs

    Usually do this every other day

    its good cuz you dont even realise your exercising =] i do that too

    Oh lord, when i read that at first i thought you meant you're aiming to get down to 4 stone, not lose 4 stone

    It seems like a lot, but as you said, it can be done

    I just want to lose about a stone, i don't mind how long it takes

    Hmm my scales say im 9 stone

    But my friend's scales say im 8 stone 3

    Both of our scales are really old ones

    Dunno which to go by

    It can depend on the surface you weigh on aswell, im a few lbs lighter if i weigh on my laminate floor in the hall than the bathroom tiles. Ive got a specific tile i move my scales to aswell as there is certain tilles with raised bits on lol. I always weigh in the morning, nakeys after my first weee

    Ahh her scales are on her bathroom floor, mine's in my bedroom with a carpet

    Could be why

    I do it first thing in the morning nakey too, if it's later in the day i weigh at least 3-4 pounds heavier

    I weighed this morning, ive got one more lb to go and ive lost 3 stone

    I'd never be able to lose that much

    I keep getting urges to stop this dietit makes me feel good about myself knowing i look thinner, but my boobs are also getting smaller and im not enjoying my food as much i like the exercise though

    yeah theres not much left of my boobs now tbh i get days when i think whats the point in carrying on but i want to loose a bit more, ive give up the fags now so im hoping i will have the ability to exercise a bit more, im going to try combat on friday we've done a bit in the water so im gonna give it ago on dry land LOL
