    IME/IMO it shouldnt be the case, not a drastic reduction

    ive lost a stone so far and my bra is deffo looser i must have gone down a size

    goal: to lose 1 stone 7lbs before may 09

    I lost a fair bit....not sure how much exactly tho...

    My mum loses and her cup size goes up, fuckin weird

    I went to the gym today for the first time in ages, I don't think I have been for like 3 weeks

    I went on the treadclimber [similar to a treadmil, but burns calories qicker] for 30 mins [not allowed to go on them any longer cos there's only 3 in the gym and they are the most popular]

    Did 4 reps of 20 squats with the exercise ball.

    2 reps of 50 sit ups and 2 reps of 50 where you lift your legs up, i don't know what it's called & 2 reps of 50 when you lie on your side and lift your legs up on both sides

    Then I went to sit in the Steam Room for 10 mins and then in the jacuzzi for 20 mins

    I need to start getting back in the routine again, I felt sooo good after being in the gym today ! But now my tummy hurts, i'm sure i've pulled a muscle or something

    I don't want to be anything other than what I've been tryin to be lately
    All I have to do is think of me and have peace of mind
    I'm tired of looking 'round rooms wondering what I gotta do
    Or who I'm supposed to be
    I don't want to be anything other than me

    Oww lol. it was the first time for me to actually sit in there today, I need to though my skin has got so shit since starting work cos of the dust and stuff

    I might go for a little swim tomorrow, though I am not very strong and probably only do one length of the pool

    I'm going to sort through my work rota too and see what classes are availabe on my days off/ half days

    I took lisas advice & increased calories for a couple of days & now I've lost a stone altogether (& so far my boobs are unaffected wooo!!)

    i increased them by about 200 for like 4 days and then dropped back down to a 1000 again.

    ive been sooooooo naughty this week, choclates in work and a bacon roll yesterday i will start fresh tomorrow as ill be having chinese or something tonight
