    very effective way of dieting and i imagine that in 10-20 years things such as weight watchers  etc.... will be promoting this style of dieting

    This might sound stupid but you seem to know alot. Going of the subject kinda.

    But I was reading about this diet thing in this magazine and it gives you a list of what to eat each day and well it says eat all different kind of peanuts but I can't do that cos' I'm allergic to them so what would I eat instead of that? Lol.

    I need to increase my calorie intake now i was quite ill in work on monday, had 3 hypogleacemic episodes so ended up stuffing my face with digestive biscuits to bring my sugar levels back up.  Ive always had these episodes since i was about 16, they improved when i started dieting but now they have started again and are much more frequent.  Went to the doc's yesterday with a urine sample and ive got ketones in my urine again which indicate that my body is burning fat as its not getting enough energy from food.  The doc said im also dehydrated but i cant see how as im drinking at least 2 litres of water a day plus other drinks, though it may be because im weeing like a trooper.  Ive got to go back next week with more urine and possibly blood tests. Ive posted this as a warning to some people really as some of you don't seem to eat much at all so be careful

    my target weight is 10 stone & im hoping achieve this by january 12th my 20th birthday so far lost a stone and 2lbs so its going well how much have you lost?

    take it any kinda of nuts or nut butter(peanutbutter) is out of the question?

    if so then fish oils and or oily fish, like mackrel

    dunno if anyone can help? but i used to have either soup or ricecakes for lunch but wen im at work i get really hungry so as i do 9 and half hours with only a half hour lunch so now i eat a home made pasta salad i make myself all it is, is pasta, lettuce,cucumber and peppers with 2 spoonfuls of salad cream my question is is this bad cuz i feel like im havin to big meals a day like i have weetabix breakfast but then pasta salad lunch and its a biggish size and then a tescos light choice meal shud i not be eating so much pasta i eat it 4 times a week then have soup or rice cakes for lunch on my days off.

    Well done.

    I've been on it since Monday and lost around 3/4 pounds.

    Bet I've put it all back on though over my weekend of eating shit lol

    its not bad per se

    your diet lacks protein and efa's though, id replace the pasta with a source of protein.
