dunno if anyone can help? but i used to have either soup or ricecakes for lunch but wen im at work i get really hungry so as i do 9 and half hours with only a half hour lunch so now i eat a home made pasta salad i make myself all it is, is pasta, lettuce, cucumber and peppers with 2 spoonfuls of salad cream my question is is this bad cuz i feel like im havin to big meals a day like i have weetabix breakfast but then pasta salad lunch and its a biggish size and then a tescos light choice meal shud i not be eating so much pasta i eat it 4 times a week then have soup or rice cakes for lunch on my days off

yes you're having two meals a day but if it stops you from snacking if only eating soup or ricecakes then it is better for you.

how about making cous cous salads, really low carb / GI in cous cous or making a salad up with a grilled chicken breast / fish fillet, which is high in protein

For myself with my own money it used to be like a tenner, although a fiver of that would be spent on eating out like a jacket potato or something, and the other fiver to buy strawberries, grapes and lettuce usually which i munch on throughout the week

A tenner is a lot of money for me since i've just finished college and don't have a job yet

I think my body is looking more toned already

My mum is going on holiday next week, I don't know how i am going to cope with having to cook for myself, I am absolutely hopless

Every other time she has gone, I have just shoved stuff in the microwave, but now I have banned myself from eating microwave food cos they always made me feel sick

If she makes up a few meals and freezes them/puts them in the fridge can I heat them in the oven? and if so how?

I know I can make myself lunch for when I am working, like pasta salads, chicken wraps etc it's just tea time, I can't cook things from scratch everyday, I have no idea how to

I'm like this now, what the hell I'm going to be like soon when I move out I don't know, I'll be living off salads

I don't want to be anything other than what I've been tryin to be lately
All I have to do is think of me and have peace of mind
I'm tired of looking 'round rooms wondering what I gotta do
Or who I'm supposed to be
I don't want to be anything other than me

& I won't touch Microwave meals, I have banned them from the house, cooking in the microwave is bad !!
