    I'm 8 stone 12 now

I've only lost half a stone in about 2 and a half months, but i guess it's better than nothing

ive been eating the weetabix minnies with choclate and raisins alot recently.

about 1 3rd of the carbs in each serving is from sugars, make of that what you want.

    they taste really good though.

il give you some next time steph.

Great post! Will definitely try and stick to it. See how it goes....seriously need to be more stricted. So perfect timing. Thanks again.

i need a lil bit of help with my diet, bascially i wanna lose a few pounds (ive lost a few already)

i do 20-30 mins excersise before breakfast on treadmill (burn 200-300 calories)

breakfast - cereal with soya milk

    20 mins walk to work

dinner 400 calorie meal (normally chicken somthing) & fruit

    30 mins walk home uphill

Tea  600 calorie meal can be anything

supper 8pm-9pm ceral with soya  milk

    30 - 40 mins on treadmill burn 300-400 cals

    then bed

Ive been doing this for a few day, i have a day off now and again & i have noticed that my clothes are getting looser & i feel full after only eating a little meal but will this carry on working? and can i improve it anyway?
