- I think you're abit obsessive.
This thread is abit urm unrealistic.
Anyone who sticks to that and get's a similar body Jessica Simpsons I will give them a grand.
Remember when you say that's what she did you say it like she didn't have people that help her, cook for her, wipe her arse for her. When in fact she had plenty of people.
I'm going to make my own thread which says.
Eat three healthy meals a day.
Plenty fruit and Veg.
Drink water.
Do half a hour of excercise at least per day.
Walk to places if they're close enough to walk to instead of taking the car.
Viola.
Someone sticky that please. - well you know nothing, as your body needs food around every tree hours to prevent it going catabolic, eating at its self and in worse case scenario your organs.....
now what you said is all fine and well, an i bet people could benefit from doing what you say, but it will not get you a very good body, unlike the advice i have posted.
of course it requires a little effort, hence why you don't see lots of girls with decent physiques. if you actually break it down it does not take that much, if your smart about it.
sure Jessica would have had a cook, a pt and so on and so forth, but thats besides the point. its not an unrealistic diet or training routine to follow.
your post is very dis-respectfulHazard a touch of narcissism without shame

- 3 am cardio = 2 hours
3 nights in the gym= 3 hours
then considering, that only 2 of the meals require you to cook and that you can do batch cooking for 3 days
we can allocate a further 7 hours to cooking/eating and that is being generous
so out of your 168 hours in a week
12 of them is spent in the gym, eating and cooking
its hardly a lot when you consider, your doing a lot for your health and you will have a very good body to bootHazard a touch of narcissism without shame

You are so obsessive.
What you have posted is obsessive.
Who are you to judge what a decent physique is?
You really annoy the shitttttttttte out of me which is why I'm disrespectful to you.
Because most of the time you talk utter unrealistic bollox.
I don't know about any other student but I don't have time to spend 12 hours a week in a gym,
3 maybe 4 hours max.
Or go shopping for the ingredients that's needed or can afford them and then when got them you have to prepare them.
It's not abit of effort.
It's ALOT of effort.
Especially with people who do not have the time.VirginMary wrote:

Everyone else in this thread has thanked him and said it will help, so obviously others think this plan is a good idea.

Who cares if they do?
I certainly don't.
They have still said its a good idea, maybe some of them will follow it - who knows.
I for one read it all and im pretty sure someone else stated they did.
Its clear you don't like him, his thread was obviously a good idea as its been put as a sticky and female members have messaged him asking for diet advice.Everybody is entitled to opinions.. i open my mouth and shit i got millionsScrew you

I don't care.
I'm stating my opinion.
Which I can do if I want to can't I?
It's clear I don't like him?
I don't KNOW him to make a judgement on whether I like him or not.
I think that a diet thread is a good idea.
However, I think this particular plan is too time consuming, unrealistic and that even though it may be a good idea in some people opinion. I can garentee that more than likely it has been a waste of his time doing the thread and my time reading the thing.- thank you kay...
virgin mary, if you had read the lot then you would have saw i also spoke on all 3 of the macro's by even reading that alone many people will learn things from it.
it is not simply a diet and training plan, but of course you didn't read it so you wouldn't know.
know one asked you to read it and you are simply rubbishing the thread.
you are right i don't expect everyone to follow it to the letter, but if they at least change a few small things then they will be that little bit better of
BTW your posts are full of jumped up, egotistical contradictions, you are still annoyed from a time we had different opinions. UN like you i do not care and have moved on, if you still have some problem with me then simple email me appose to trolling the forums. 7point13@safe-mail.netHazard a touch of narcissism without shame

No they are not.
At all.
Do you know what contradictions are?
If so you would know I am not making them.
You saying I'm egotistical is laughable.
Using big words doesn't make you look clever unless you use them in the right context.
And yes I am clearly still annoyed, as you know me and know what I'm like.
Oh no wait.
No you don't.
In fact I don't even remember most rubbish that is argued about on here.
I just think you're full of bullshit.
This thread is bollocks.
Diet thread = Yes.
Unrealistic celebritity obessesive diet/excercise structure = No.
I have no problem with you and I really do not wish to converse with you in any other form other than forum debates. Thanks.- this was a nice thing of you to do.. but jesus.
personally i think aslong as you keep yourself moderately healthy, and keep your diet balanced then you're fine.
trying to obtain and maintain a jessica simpson body would most probably be near impossible for alot of women.
This my war baby, go home. - LOL.
Sure, not everyone will use/stick to this diet...but there may be some who are serious about getting a 'celeb' body and follow it through. As he has said, if some even change the little things about their diet, it will still make a difference. He's tried to help and got attacked for it.
I really don't see the need for the abuse that has been hurled at him.

cheers omarion hey ho these are the things you come against when doing something nice.
like i said you don't see many people with truly awesome physiques, the simple reason is people would put the hard work. yet i constantly get asked how to achieve it.
the problem we have is, peoples application does not meet there ambitionHazard a touch of narcissism without shame
