I'm sure an extra 20 mins walking each day wll make a little difference

Yup, every little helps, and walking is the best form of exercise

 I went on the weighing machine in the gym today and I have put on 2lbs :goth: and it's not muscle weight either cos it's one that works out your body fat percentage, bone mass and muscle weight :|

Walking an extra 10 mins might help your fitness, but it will burn precisely 0% fat.

To burn fat you need at least 15-20 mins of keeping your heart rate (depends on the individual) in a zone, again depends on the individual but normally 60-85% of max HR (max HR = 220 minus age).

Walking an extra 10 mins will simply burn off a few calories of breakfast, probably carbs, which you will then fill in later at lunch.

The trick is to burn off fat by continuous exercise and then eat a diet that minimises the chances of storing fat - so you basically want to cut out simple, sugary carbs as much as you can and eat stuff like wholemeal bread, long grain rice, pasta, milk in the morning and afternoon, and cut it out in the evening.

I do 30mins on the treadmill before starting my fitness programme and then another 20mins after I finish it :( Doesn't seem to be doing much though, I've cut out all shitty foods aswell, apart from the odd bit of cheese :shifty: I never eat after 7pm, if I am hungry i'll just drink water :|
So it's confusing me how my body fat % has gone up and I have put on 2lbs...that or the machine in the gym is broken cos it also tells me I am 5'0.9 when every other machine tells me I am 5'1 :knockout:
I've started eating this for my lunch, can't stand it tbh, but it's the only bread my mother will buy now and it's better for you.

8 and a half stone is perfect you don't need to go any lower.
Pretty sure you'll be classed as underweight if you do.

I think it's anything under 8 stone would be underweight, when i thought i weighed 8 stone 2, i was borderline underweight/normal weight

At the minute im 8 stone 11, i would definitely like to be under 8 and a half stone again :( weight doesn't bother me too much, but i know if i lose it i will hopefully my body will look like i did before i gained it :(
I want to get rid of my cellulite :goth:

Its not just about "fatty" foods like junk, cheese, butter etc.

You need to watch out for carbs - dont have any after you train and after late afternoon.

And dont have any simple carbs like sugars.

Stick to stuff like oats at breakfast, pasta/rice at lunch and maybe a banana mid afternoon.
