Where you find out that Brad Pitt is just like, an illusion; someone the guy wants to be. Is he like...schizophrenic or something?

Didn't you see at the end how Ed Norton was beating himself up etc...?

EDIT: And Norton was billed as 'Narrator' because he's the one who speaks over the film. 'This is Jack's...' etc. Telling you what he thought and such.

    Read the edit

We never learnt his name in the film, so 'Narrator' was the next best thing, considering he told the story, as such.

Ohh this reminded me to get my dvd back

I hate borrowing my dvd's to people and then not getting them back for ages and forgetting that I have borrowed them out

I don't want to be anything other than what I've been tryin to be lately
All I have to do is think of me and have peace of mind
I'm tired of looking 'round rooms wondering what I gotta do
Or who I'm supposed to be
I don't want to be anything other than me

Fight Club is amazing I think this is the only film I find Brad Pitt attractive in. Because he isnt attractive what so ever.

I am not a big fan of him, but I think the whole rough pikey look does him some justice!

    Shit Film.

    This film is TOTALLY over-rated.

Someone please explain to me, exactly WHY they think it's good?

probably because as an audience we like to be challenged with thought provoking plot lines, intricate narrative arches and connotations and metaphors for abstract meanings.

this coupled with the fact that the acting is fantastic from all involved, very well directed and marketed and the sheer verisimilitudinous, makes this a very, very good film.

but on the other hand, if films like mean girls or my little pony satisfy you intellectually

    good for you
