Also, if you have a decent person on your team then you invite them to your party and they join your squad via the start menu.

I don't see a problem with girl players.
Everyone starts off bad and gets better the more they play. As for the abuse i've seen it happen and love it when that girl manages to kill the one giving all the abuse.
