    I was watching an episode of Friends, the one about the girl who goes bald, and it reminded me of the time for several months I was completely bald, I mean shaved with a razor type bald, yeah?

    It wasn't for a bet or charity or anything, I just felt like doing it.  What surprised me were the amount of women who wanted to touch my head.  After that experience, I considered shaving my nuts!

    Have you ever changed something appearance wise to yourself and been surprised at the response?

    ive stopped wearing eyeliner recently, and ive got a big diamond nose stud in my nose instead of ring, everyone clocked it right away and said i looked really different with both lol.

    People wouldn't leave my hair alone when it was longer, even though they hated it. Then when I shaved it off, it was the same again.

    I also wear glasses, but that's just a legal requirement for driving.  Last time I was in Belfast, I left them behind and one of my nieces took a liking for them and they benefitted her.  I got used to not wearing them as I wasn't driving, but recently I got them back (she's since sorted her own) and I'm getting really weird looks from people when I wear them.

    The good news is that I can see their weird looks even at fifty paces!
