I've recently moved to this address and it's right beside a police station.  I wonder why there are so many young teens in large groups street drinking, joy riding, fighting etc. when there is a cop shop right there!

The law will skin you alive if you don't pay your car tax, or you drop a piece of paper on the ground, but they'll ignore these kids because of their own PC shite.

But it's more than just that.  The powers that be have created so many rules that they have rendered themselves practically powerless, and of course there's the ever present greed.  So many cutbacks that the young people have nowhere to go and can afford nothing other than their bottles of cider or whatever, so what choices do they have?

If they're lucky, they'll stay alive and out of prison long enough to understand that it's not you and I they are angry about, but...well, let's face it, I don't want to turn this into a political debate, but it's capitalism.  By its very nature, it's taking everything you can off another for your own gain within the law, and these kids nor their parents have a chance.

In short?  I understand why they are reacting as they are.  I don't condone it, but what are their options?

Younger teenagers can be right little shits these days. Mind you, when I was that age I'm sure other 19-year-olds thought that some younger teenagers could be right little shits. You'll get nobheads and decent people at every age, I guess.

Maybe you just start to notice them more when you get older.

Its the parents fault and the whole culture of Briatin. Kids get away with anything these days and have no repsect for their elders.

    I blame Gordon Brown.

if i see a group of chavs n i've gotta walk past, i always put on a moody face and faster, more stompy walk and i make sure i look them in the face, and don't look frightened and they never say anything. saying that, they prob will next time lol.

i was with my cousin in her car once n this lad jumped out in the road so she beeped her horn cuz they were acting like twats, and two of the girls kicked at the car (didn't touch the car) but gave us a filthy look as well. it was a pisser cuz my cousin got mad, slammed her brakes on, reversed dead fast n got out the car..and they all ran off..cuz they didnt expect us to stop the car.

When they haven't even come out of their teens themselves yet you can't hold much hope for them.

it's not that they're acting 20. i don't know of many people my age that will speak to someone like that, its more they're inbred little shits with poor role models and nothing to aspire to, so being mouthy gobshites i think they're giving themselves a feeling of control and power over a situation, which someone with a brain is capable of doing with a swift command of language.

as mad as you sound sometimes, i agree here. with regard to options, there's plenty, it's just they choose the easy one that requires no effort, thought or self respect to pursue. (good shoeing/conscription/castration/gulag are the solution etc etc etc)

i think this is a good way to get yourself committed too, since i've seen a few people walk around with that staring angry expression and they look as if they're bonkers.

No such thing.  Just dirty examples, and I don't just mean parents, because they have had to endure or be shaped too.  Would you blame clay for becoming a shape when it has been moulded that way?

Break the mould.  Be you, and focus on changes which benefit others.  If others can benefit by your deeds, then you will benefit from theirs.  This is what builds societies of worth.

so you just walk around looking angry? do you lean forward when you walk and roll your eyes back when you need to think?

just asking, might be something you should speak to a doctor about.
