if you use the new live colour you can because i looked at the side of the box because i was gonna do it for a laugh LOL

Dying brown hair blonde aint much fun...
I did some of mine once and it went ginger...
If you really want it done go to hair dressers

If your hair is a dark brown, you have to strip the colour out first with a stripping kit. You might need to do this twice. If you just use a blonde dye it will either turn out orange or not really have a affect.
My hair was a light brown and i dyed it blonde, and it took forever to make it blonde. So much hair dye, even using the stripping kit.

It wouldn't fuck his hair right up, make it dry but that can be sorted.
It would go orange if you put it straight on because of the dark pigments in your hair, you'd need to bleach it all first.
