im just curious wht people have been through, some people lk to talk about it/some dont.

There are lots of time's i've been in awkward situations, probably one of the hardest to sort was being nearly at the top of the mountain in Himalayas with 8 people that had altitude sickness & trying to get the back down as quickly as possible without anyone getting injured, whilst radioing to the bus station (where english was not their favourite language)we needed to get back to with an estimated time of arrival & changing the booking. Also had to organise rooms for the group in a Manali hostel in India for when we got back for 24 of us so the ill ones could rest.
Oh yeh i had altitude sickness at this point too, made it even more fun.

Hmm... I get into awkward calls at work all the time, mojority of cases the best way to resolve it is to transfer them to a different department that can actually deal with them!
I've never really been in a truly awkward situation... there's uncomfortable situations with guys I've had a history with... and I bump into them downtown or something, but the only way to resolve that was to simply move away from them, lol.
