Im goin out on sat for my brother in laws birthday,were just headin to a few bars around lincoln. i normally go out in partyin clothes ie hotpants or boob tube dresses but i want to look more casual as were not goin clubbin.
Iv seen a really nice black tulip skirt that im dyin to buy but im just not sure what style of top would look good with the style of the skirt...people have told me a shirt with ruffles on but thats too offic lookin,i want it to look more sutible to go pub crawlin in...any suggestions?

you could always wear it with like a plain vest top or 3-quarter sleeved tee with a big waist belt? add a nice necklace and I think that would look good

Vest top is best. Any colour though seeing as the skirt is black. White is too boring.

I love tulip type skirts, i've just bought two (: I'm wearing jus plain vests with them. I also want to wear my ed hardy tshirt with one of them to make it look punky

id say a nice pair of jeans boots/heels with a nice floaty top would look pretty ... if you have to wear the skirt then depending on the style of it a nice vest like top or again a floaty one
