On average (you don't need to be exact) how many hours sleep do you get a night?

    Do you infact get enough?

I'm just curious as i seem to be surviving on very little these days which is

probably down to my anxiety levels recently

I didn't vote, cos I don't appear to fit into any of those brackets lol.

In general I spose I get around 7ish. Depends on how tired I am and what I'm doing/have done in the evening. But generally I'll go to bed at around 11/12ish then up for work at 7.30 ^^

I go to bed at 12 on a week night and get up at 8. However, it always takes me ages to get to sleep so I only end up with about 5/6 hours sleep.

The weekends are different though. Usually get to bed about 3:15-3:30 but sleep through till about 12/1pm.

I have tried all sorts, i used t work in mental health and teach people how to deal with them and even though i know what you are supposed to  do, i can't seem to do it myself. I find any kind of consentration on my breathing makes it worse actually. The one thing i have found works in the past was lavender oil on the pilliow, makes you calm and sleepy, athough i haven't tried that in a while.

I clicked on recommended 8 although its maybe 7 weekdays with my daughter being at school. Also depends if the bf sleeps over cuz he snores like a horse and keeps me up the majority of the night.

I rarely have full 8 hours sleep.

Id say between 5-7 hours. Sometimes a bit less on weekends.
