i think your ends need to be lifted up a bit more tho
in my salon wel sort it out for free if its gone wrong and its our fault, not if they didnt tell us they didnt like it there and then tho

i think you missed the boat when they asked if its ok and you said yeah.
you could really complain and they would most likly give in...
although from what you have said it sounds as if they have done what you told them.
IMO i think its nice

i had mine done last week, and like u said it was fine while i was there but hated it when i got home. i went back today and its even worse than it was!!!!! luckily i didn't have to pay anything for going back.
ive got like darker panels underneath that look stupid.
how long do u think i should wait before i have them highlighted?

I got mine high lighted the day after i got the brown in it. Am gonna try and wait another 6 weeks untill i get mine done. My routes usually take agers to come through
