If they were not on your property illegally in the first place they would not be in the position where their lives would be in danger, by breaking the law they placed theirselves at risk. I'm sick of this nation pandering to criminals and it's only a matter of time until this country bursts into flames and certain politicians will be hanging from lamposts. I'm looking forward to it.

What difference does it make if they have crime of desperation as an excuse? Shouldn't their penalty be the same regardless? Or should crackheads be allowed to rob houses without being killed, but not other people

Fair enough. Point still stands though. Do you think those sort of people should be treated differently?

    Crakheads? Hell no

Starving kids I have a little sympathy for but the law should be fair tho,so no they should still get the same punishment

I don't agree. Unless your life is in danger then there's no need, nicking someone's TV aint enough to deserve being murdered.

true but you should be aloud to protect your property

and when it comes down to it thay may have a wepon so it would be a life endangering situation (is confronted)

Being killed for trespassing is a bit extreme
the punishment much outweighs the crime
