Other than the death penalty, when (if ever) do you think it should be legal to kill someone?

    If it's in self defence.

When you face certain death if you do not kill the person who is going to kill you, if you get my drift.

How about if you were kidnapped and held hostage, and the only way to escape was to kill, even though your life was not under threat?

Hard one because your not in any danger of getting killed.

But if you dont kill, your life is more or less taken away from you as you will never escape, and grow old a prisoner.

Taking someone else's life shouldn't be "legal" as such, but if it's entirely necessary, then fine.

You don't have to kill to get out of anything, you can injure or wound instead, buying you time.

    Yes euthanasia
in self-defense - that includes any life threatening circumstances (E.G.You must kill someone in order to safe you or your familys lives)
But these shouldn't be in any way flexable, and I think if these laws were passed to be made legal, people could take full advanage of them, and it could get VERY out of control.
It's kind of tricky how to handle it really.

Probably the same answers I were thinking of. I agree.

I thought someone would have said war by now.

I don't think war either, but still. A lot of people think it is acceptable.

If anyone had said war by now I'd have jumped on their ass and cyberly beat them down already.
Or at least made an attempted to
