umm no clue, I used to do long jump in year 5 and year 6.
spose i could get the tape measure out and setup my driveway into a gravelly sand pit lol...

Like 4m 10cm in year 11, seems awful compared to lads but most girls got like 3 metres
I was the second best in my year group out of the girls
and the best girl was like 5ft 11

think it was about 5.40m when i was 16 probably still something close to that now since ive not done any training since then.
