No matter how much i run and do leg exercises, i can't seem to lose any weight off my legs
running has made my belly more toned, but not my legs. My calf muscles feel a little harder, but the muscles in my upper leg haven't seemed to have gotten any thinner/toned up at all. I don't mind if them toning will make them a bit bigger, aslong as they look more firm and not flabby.
i hate my thighs more than any other part of my body arghh
What can i do?
I run about 20 miles a week. I also walk on average 13 332 steps daily
which is about 6.5 miles

I AM RIGHT!!!you target a specific area of the body for example abs...you can burn fat around that muscle...Legs for example heavy exercises will cause mnuscle growth...high reps lightweight would result in toning and loss of fat from that area....So please do not tell me im wrong again...Upon request i will kindly write this in a more formal way...if you feel the need to still say im wrong
