If you have more fat in other places on your body, during exercise your body will 'eat' that fat up first.......So technically Vapour was right

But i've always had quite large chunky thighs, how come it's never eaten that fat up first </3

No idea, but the amount of exercise you do, walking, running , football etc I'd have thought that was more muscle than fat.

I can feel that tehre is a fair bit of muscle inside, but on the outside they just look flabby, especially my inner thigh

All i can think of for toning up your legs is carrying on with the running but throwing in some leg weight exercises too to try and tone the muscle.

I have man arms from 16 years of swimming and theres nothing i can do about it, what you did as a child shapes your body, the back of your legs is where most girls store there fat, you've have to have a BMI of around 5 to get rid of all of it and thats not good! its something your going to have to deal with. Sorry

    Facts:

    1) You can NOT target specific areas for isolated weight loss without surgical intervention.

    2) The low weight/high reps thing is bullshit. Think about it, do this sum all day:

    2+2=?

Does that make you solid at maths? Does it fuck. All you'll do by doing a million reps lifting half a kilo is wear your joints out and piss half the gym off. Vary the workouts, push yourself a little and stick at it. Then you'll find tone.

As for the weight loss, you're gonna have to lose it all around... your body is smart, if you feel you need to lose from a certain area, you probably have excess fat elsewhere. Your body knows this and will utilize excess fat from all over. Be honest with yourself, do you have any other areas that could do with losing the odd pound?

Keep working hard and be honest with yourself about how your body condition is.

I do have a little pot belly when sitting down i guess, and little love handles. Don't think i have much excess fat in other places though, maybe my face/chin? but yeah, i kinda thought my thighs were the fattest part of my body

    I'll keep trying
