It is a hard thing to deal with, i have just come out of a 3 and a half year relationship that ended real bad with him cheating on me with a heroin addict, a chav with 4 kids 2 who have been taken off her and various others, 3 who were over 40, he treated me bad and i blamed it on myself and thought it was something i must of done to make him do it.This was 2 weeks ago and i just jumped into a new relationship which ended last night with a mutal decision and we are still gonna be real good friends, however my self confidence is shattered and no matter how many people tell me good things about myself i'm gonna feel the same,it's something i have to realise myself and it's something your brother has to find out himself.
It helps to be around people and doing stuff as then you don't have time to think negativley about yourself.o try and be with him as much as you can.
