My diet...HELP!

- like most people are saying ur over exercising but under eating - i eat less then 2,000 cals a day normally il have about 1,000-1,500 but wen i first started my diet i only ate 800.1000 and it worked for me but i started to feel really hungry cuz i was depriving myself so i took lisas advice and upped my intake a little. i have now lost 1 stone 11lb in 9 weeks by eating 3 healthy meals a day and started walking alot more 45mins to work and 45 mins back 4x a week and its going well. ive also noticed i can no longer pig out cuz i get full easily now as my stomach has shrunk, i think u are losing weight slowly because u havnt go a lot to lose like wen i started i was 14.7 and the weight fell of quiet quick ,im now down to 12.10 and im only losing 1lbs maybe 2lbs a week (for some reason tho i lost 3lbs this week)sometimes i stay the same or go up an 0z or so and as u have not got no fat on u its taking more time for you.
goal: to lose 1 stone 7lbs before may 09

Please install or upgrade to the latest version.christina has a personal trainer the lot...i imagine you dont....if your dieting give it time,things dont happen over night...your doing too much exercise and far too often..everyday is not good!Still stick to the cardio exercises though,you maybe could cut the situps out though as the jogging and rowing machine will burn fat from the abdominal area anyway..situps are overated if all you do is basic situps..as they only target a certain area of the abs...look online theres some awesome ab videos out there...Last thing dont be worrying about your calorie intake be worrying about what that calory intake is built up of.So basically what are you eating..too much fat with that much exercise wont cause weight loss itl be used to build muscle that im certain off.1 Last thing lol dont aim to look like someone else your not that person your you,and aim to be the best you can look..people have different bodys shapes ...endomorphs mesomorphs ansd ectomorphs.Il shut up now lol
