You will not use MingleVille's services to harass, threaten, stalk or abuse other members. You will refrain from all expressions of bigotry, hatred, homophobia, racism and excessive use of foul language.

You will not encourage others to purposefully give low ratings to other members or any other activities that are in breach of our terms and conditions.

You will not use MingleVille's services to perform any illegal activities. You cannot use MingleVille's services to post, publish, distribute or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene or other unlawful material or information.

MingleVille will hand over your personal information to law enforcement on request.

Collection of usernames or e-mail addresses of our members for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail or other means is strictly prohibited. The posting, publishing or uploading of commercial advertisements, affiliate links or other forms of solicitation via messages or comments is strictly prohibited.

The use of any scripts or tools to perform automated tasks or floods of commands to our servers is strictly prohibited.

You may not post messages or upload files that contain photos, videos, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or another other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.

Posting of any materials (including pictures, videos, software or other information and links to other websites) that could harm or is intended to harm other users' computers or allow others to inappropriately access software or websites is strictly prohibited.

You may not upload files that contain photos, videos, software or other material that may be considered pornographic, vulgar, political or offensive to any other users. MingleVille has been designed for use by people who are at least 13 years old.

You understand that the posting, publishing or uploading of your photos, videos and any personal information will be accessible to the public and that you understand the risks involved. MingleVille will not be held responsible for misuse or redistribution of your personal information, photos and videos by another person.

Redistribution of any data copied or downloaded from MingleVille such as member's personal information, photos and videos is strictly prohibited.

Account privacy and permission settings will only block items from being displayed on MingleVille's web pages. MingleVille is unable to block direct access to pictures and videos hosted on its media servers. Blog post subjects and picture/video thumbnails may still be visible regardless of privacy/permission settings. Any changes to privacy/permission settings may take up 1 hour to update in which time content may still be visible on certain areas of the site.

You will not post, publish or upload to our hosting services:

MingleVille reserves the right to terminate your account or services at any time without explanation if you breach any of our terms and conditions or perform any other activities we feel is inappropriate. MingleVille may also terminate all other accounts associated with the IP address of an account that has violated our terms and conditions.

MingleVille offers no guarantee in relation to service up-time or availability for any service.

MingleVille reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You agree to periodically review our terms and conditions.
