Not that I am religeous or anything, but I did used to be. And "the words of Jesus" or at the least God himself do say that homosexuality is a sin: -
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."
But I don't know what exactly the pope has said..........But being that he is a figurehead of christianity, he can hardly go round condoning something that is stated as a sin. Maybe you should "read the words of Jesus" yourself before you start "chatting shit"?

Well that just laid the smackdown on him lol.
Yeh i don't think people should have a problem against homosexuals but at the end of the day he is the figurehead of Christians and the holy book of his beliefs say homo's are bad so i would expect him to have this attitude.

I think thats a bit strong. I am actually jealous of people who can have such strong beliefs in a religion and a God. I wish i could have that sort of belief and faith in something but i question things to much to be able to.

Mainly from the growing argument over whether it's genetic or a choice. *Shrug*
I have nothing wrong with gay people. But I don't see why it's such a shock that the leader of the Catholic church does. It's against the relgion.
