bromley and dartford are boarder lines of kent and london.

As you can see Bromley and Dartford (Which are classes as Kent) are WITHIN the boarders of Greater London and are therefore SE London.

I've never been sure if those places are Kent or London, but none of them are both. It's Kent or London. Just as Faces is in Essex, not London.

Kent and Greater London are different places, Places might be on borders, but they are still on or the other.
