Apparently, when they ran diagnostics tests on it, they found two problems. One with the motherboard and the other with the DVD drive. Both have been replaced.
I didn't even know my DVD drive had a problem. It was working fine when it left.
Ahh well. No complaining if I got a new one.

When I recieved my console back, they give me a one month Gold subscription card. Lol. I'm going to save them all. They'll soon mount up.
