I wouldn't get it done though, I can change my legs and stomach myself if I just stop eating crap. I'm just too lazy. Breast reduction is the most likely to happen for health reasons.

I wouldn't get surgery except if (as i am losing weight) i went below a C cup i would want a boob job. I like having big boobs too much to go as small as a C!!!
I think stuff like tummy tucks, lypo etc isn't needed. You can get rid of excess weight by dieting and exercising which in most cases is a lot healthier, safer and cheaper.
