kent is not south east london.
bromley and dartford are boarder lines of london and kent.
but kent as a whole is not classed as south east london.

All you're arguing is that one place is in two places. I haven't the foggiest where Ilford is, I've just always heard faces is in essex, so I'll happily concede that one.
But Kent and Essex aren't in London.

Guanabara-brazilian night!
Walkabout, leicester square. Garden Club or Roadhouse, Covent garden. Punk, oxford street.
Soho is great. You can just turn up and walk around til you find somewhere you like to the look of.
East London is great too. Hoxton and Old Street are good if you're trendy.

Parts of Essex are actually East London, East London boroughs but Essex under postal address 
Gants Hill is where Faces is which is Essex/East London.

Herbal in Old Street is quite good on a friday night.
Faces is average.
Fabric is good on the right night.
