    for some reason, pictures people send me aren't coming through or are taking absolutely ages... anything i can do? or anybody know why its doing it?

    Your network is down?

    Or your settings may need updating, what network you on?

    Vodafone, how do i update it?

    its taking ages to recieve then its saying "network unavailable"

    Could do that also, once you turn it back on, the settings should be back to default.

    I'd only do that if its a Voda branded phone though.

    It may just be a problem with the network then, which Vodafone would eventually repair.

    This happened to my mum [on 02] after she had taken her phone in for repairs, she took it to the shop and they sorted it for her.
