    A prime example of a "marmite" band. Like The Smiths.

    Some like them, some don't, others don't give a fuck.

    A bit of Floyd through headphones is one way to relax if you're feeling psychedelically nostalgic.

    Fave album by them for me is "The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn". [The 3-disc re-issue is great for fellow record collectors.  ]

    Dark side of the moon is the 6th best selling album of all time .. it was in the charts for about 25 years!! i agree they are like marmite, the time eras are so differnt, from Sid --- Roger --- Without Roger.. each era is so differnt. personally im not a fan of the Sid era (apart from Bike, and  Arnold Lane)!! but  i dont think they are over rated at all!!! bring on Dave at glastonbury next year!!
