More to what I said, asking everyone to have a salute to go on forums or chat is reasonable most people have fb or a phone that can put pictures via online or connect to their computer.

Jen is right, the abuse is not seen well. I get banned yet the other 14+ people that did the exact same thing never even got a mute in chat. that's just one example. there have been times people have had forum bans quicker than others due to not being well known.

I agree with Paul, how is uploading a picture of 'yourself' going to stop trolls, spam and abuse? Maybe the abuse should be monitored better instead of making up rules like this. I'm all up for banter but some of the stuff I've seen on her is out of order whether it's over the internet or not and it's rarely dealt with properly. For those of you about to say ''it's only the internet, get over it'' it's not my feelings I'm concerned about.

I still don't see it working well. Maybe making everyone have to use a salute pic for forums and chat would be better. Like I said it's easy enough for people just to use a random pic they good get of a search engine in seconds.

considering some of the users that set up their new accounts at that time of day, it's probably a good thing

The rule of having a valid picture to enter chat is spot on but what about people that set a picture say at a hour when a Admin/Mod cant approve it, It limits them to not being able to use Chat.

People can still troll with a picture of their face, thought I should point that out to other comments there. It's hardly going to stop someone from trolling. Even if they don't use their own face, I'm willing to bet plenty of them will just go on google and find a pic of a random person. Which in turn will mean people being asked for salute pics which goes to Reefs point.
