Heath completely stole the show. Wish there was more of Cillian but it's nice seeing him with another unexplained ending to his character, definately has to be in the next movie. The Batman voice got worse...much worse, why did he have to use it in front of Morgan Freeman? Doesn't he already know he's Batman to begin with. Two-face reminded me of how Spiderman 3 was so rushed, should've taken their time with him.

    2:30hrs of Epic cinema

Any sort of comparison with Spiderman 3 is way off the mark.  How didn't they take their time with Two Face?  The whole film was pretty much based around Harvey Dent's transformation into Two Face.  That was actually the story.  The Joker proving that even the best of men can be turned.  Just 'cos he was only Two Face for the last 40 mins or so, doesn't mean they rushed it.  They built it up perfectly.

Besides, the story behind how he becomes Two Face and the motivations for him becoming Two Face are the most interesting aspect of the character anyway.  There's only so many times watching him flip a coin and then kill (or not kill) someone is interesting.

Well that's just my interpretation of it. Nolan didn't rush Harvey Dent whatsoever it was just when he became Two Face from the next 40 minutes onwards it reminded me of how the entire 2 hours and 30 minutes of Spiderman 3 was crammed together in such a sloppy fashion. I'm not saying Dark Knight was bad, it only reminded me of Spiderman 3 for a brief moment. It's too easy to regard this movie the greatest of all time, it's better to show how many flaws it has(of which are pretty weak making this such a solid movie).

Nolan did a great job eitherway.

Finally watched all this. Really good film although two faced hardly had any air time, reminded me of Spider-Man 3 with all the villians being rushed at the end to fit the story.

    Yay, not alone.

I agree Two Face wasn't on screen all that much, but it's just lazy to compare it to Spiderman 3.  Spiderman 3 just contrived the story to get as many villains in there as possible.  Whereas in no way was any villain rushed to fit the Story in TDK.  The whole story built perfectly.  Besides, I don't think he's dead anyway.  They wouldn't kill him off 'cos the rest of the Batman villains are beyond gay.

Don't think The Scarecrow will be in the next film, if they make one.  He's a C-Level villain, as indicated by the ease with which he was seen off at the beginning of TDK.  He was a good place to start, with Batman just starting out in BB.  But after The Joker, He wouldn't be seen as much of a threat.

Better to watch movies of this magnitude in the cinema.

    I'm too lazy

You were my strength when i was weak,
You were my voice when i couldn't speak,
You were my eyes when i couldn't see,
You saw the best there was in me,
You picked me up when i couldn't reach,
I'm everything i am because you loved me.

id love the riddler in another bat film i think it would be an interesting and differant villain and id love to see catwoman as well, still undecideded about including robin at the min i dotn think it would work. and who to play these people ive suggested god knows. but none of the more fantasy type villains would work very well like poison ivy and please please no mr freeze!

Saw the advance screening at Vue-Swansea on Weds. Thought it was better than the first one as it went straight into the action. Heath as Joker was excellent, will prob get the nod for best supporting actor in the oscars. The whole tunnel chase scene was pretty cool!

interesting thing on who should be the villain in another batman and who they think should play them

john malcovich as mr freeze is an interesting idea and so is casey affleck as the riddler

i always thought harley quinn would be a good addition but with no more joker it would be a stretch to make it fit n plus shes a bit of a minor character
