I've had a cross trainer for about 2 years and noticed it's not filling up to the fill affects I desire.
I have options but need help in spicing up my exercise.
Do I increase the length of time I do on it or trade it in for something better like a tredmill.
And can anyone tell me a way of doing crunches without the pain the day afterwards.

    Ta xxo

    I'd train you.

Instead of increasing time, increase intensity first maybe?

Soreness the day after is good, although if you always get it even after youve been doing the crunches for a long time then maybe you shouldnt over exert yourself too much - ie make sure you are literally just crunching your stomach, not heaving your back up like a full sit up.
