Make sure you copy and paste the Direct Link - the very bottom URL on imageshack and the bottom link on tinypic.

Right click on the image, if you have Firefox it should say View Image click that, then at the top of the browser in the address bar copy the URL and then click the button in the picture below and paste the URL and press save/reply.
