i guess. I reckon the most under used guys are:
Shelton Benjamin
Mr. Kennedy
MVP
Evan Bourne, cause they have no storyline for him.
and Lance Cade, seriously what are they usuing him for. getting beat up is all he does now.

fucking disgrace the way Shelton's been under used, JR's always said he's easily the best natural athlete in WWE and he's not wrong.
His career was finished the day they started the Mama's Boy storyline
