Mac for photoshop and music editting. Windows pretty much everything else.
You've missed the other for runner of OS's off and that will more then likely result in a nice reply from Eek
- Posted: Fri 8th Aug 2008, 9:29 am depends what you need it for. i prefer windows but macs have the advantage for doing graphics and film editing and that sort of thing. we had to use macs at uni sometimes and i couldnt get used to them

Lol I know but I cba to list everything and it all basically comes down to Mac anyway.
OT: I chose mac because I've had my iMac for more than a month now and it's so much easier than when I had my windows laptop and desktop because there's less faffing around with it.

Plus my cousin works for Apple so any problems I have I just ring him

I choose windows just because of compatibility and for the fact I work with them.
Holly, people like your cousin will eventually get sick of you, everyone who works in IT always gets sick of people asking questions! It is sooooooooo anoying and people are just plain stupid.
Here is an example. A User came in to change their password the other day where I work and I said it has to be 5 characters or more and the reply was "errrrm cat". I laughed. She didn't know why I laughed until I told her. Lets say I have never saw her again to this day lol.
