Hopefully some of you guys think he's as awesome as I do. He also goes to the same local newsagent as me! (wow!)

He can be excellent at times.

Wasting your time posting him on a website full of people who are more likely to own and enjoy that Chris Moyles book though!

never been a big fan of his, he can be good...but can just be very bad at times...saying that, that does sum up the majority of comedians these days

The thing about watching Stewart Lee is that, while he can be really funny, his audiences [like most comedy audiences] are always really annoying.

A great Bill Hicks line comes to mind:

"You gotta bear with me, I'm very tired, very tired of traveling, and very tired of doing comedy, and very tired of staring out at your vacant faces looking back at me, wanting me to fill your empty lives with humor you couldn't possibly think of yourselves. Good evening."

There's a huge list of stuff that people who like Stewart Lee should check out.

People he's written/worked with, etc.

'Attention Scum' with Simon Munnery was good.

Simon Munnery himself is one of the best stand-up acts I've ever seen...which includes seeing him live.
