Look at the sneering attitudes Queen Victoria encouraged. Look at all the wars that have occurred in the past due to monarchy - King Edward, William, Henry 8th, Mary, French Revolution. Monarchy does far more harm than good and is an unnecessary and unfair part of society.

I think you'll fine that Buckingham Palace is at the top of most tourists agenda, beefeaters, corgies and all that shit. Of course they caused wars in the past, but you're forgetting every country on earth had some sort of royal family once upon a time, and they have all scrapped their's for governments.  It's history, and they have no power whatsoever to be fair, why not keep the little bit of culture this country has remaining?

I've also never heard a member of the Royal family make a racist remark. A quote would be nice....

Actually, who better to talk about GM crops than the Prince Of Wales? He's been in and around agriculture and farming most of his life. He has a company that sells organic and sustainable products. He's also heavily involved in keeping British traditional farming alive while the government attempts to kill it off and survive on imports.

I personally support Prince Charles opinions on sustainable and organic farming in the UK because I believe as a country, we need to be doing more for home grown, organic and healthy produce.

And he's completely right in saying that relying on a few sources (gigantic corporations) for food is a bad idea. The entire industrialisation of food growing and distribution of food has detached Joe Blogs and the majority of the Western world from the process and turned our nations into a load of incompetents who couldn't survive if these multinationals suddenly went tits up.

GM crops are a result of pretentious "feed the world" horse shit. There's a reason we can't "feed the world". There are too many of us. The earth really is not capable of sustaining such a large number of human beings. Famine, like disease, is a means of thinning the populace. If you're starving and haven't the money to feed your family, stop fucking and giving birth to aids ridden children. And if the last hunter gatherer tribes in Africa can't feed their families, what fucking chance has the Western world got if we're held to ransom by multinationals. You're fucked if you don't own a tin opener.
