does anyone know more about these - in terms of for storing downloaded games to play instead of the proper games cards?

i was told i need to get an M3 DS real perfect which is £34.99

but for £21.99 there is just an 'M3 DS REAL' - the only difference i can see is that it doesnt list a GBA expansion pack - is this what i need or is that just to play gameboy advance games?? info here:

does anyone have any knowledge of these and know if the second one will still do what i need or if i would need the first one?  obviously id rather not spend money i dont need to if the cheaper one is all i need but i dont have a clue!
