Okay pretty much from what ive seen the burden of inflation and flat/minimal growth will be on us until at least 2010, possibly year end of 2011.

So, questions:

1: how much is it affecting you? what cutbacks are you having to make?

2: any solutions to the economic problems? (probably one for the economist minded among you)

3: who is to blame?

its definitely difficult, we've got so many come into my industry lately with impressive qualifications but they just can't find the work to use them
