Losing weight off legs

    No matter how much i run and do leg exercises, i can't seem to lose any weight off my legsrunning has made my belly more toned, but not my legs. My calf muscles feel a little harder, but the muscles in my upper leg haven't seemed to have gotten any thinner/toned up at all. I don't mind if them toning will make them a bit bigger, aslong as they look more firm and not flabby. i hate my thighs more than any other part of my body arghh

    What can i do?

    I run about 20 miles a week. I also walk on average 13 332 steps daily which is about 6.5 miles

    I think my thighs are too big in comparison to the rest of me, i see erm fatter people with thinner thighs

    dont listen to this guy for starters....Exercising your legs will tone the legs maybe not decrease them in size but make them look better...and these things take time this wont happen over night!

    no he wasactually right as of sort. You cant control where you loose weight from its hereditery some people loose it off their bum first others their tummy and so on, you will loose it eventually just may tae some time, best thing is swimming that works all your muscles!

    Lmao hahahahhaha your trying to correct me about this I AM RIGHT!!!you target a specific area of the body for example abs...you can burn fat around that muscle...Legs for example heavy exercises will cause mnuscle growth...high reps lightweight would result in toning and loss of fat from that area....So please do not tell me im wrong again...Upon request i will kindly write this in a more formal way...if you feel the need to still say im wrong

    you should ask at your local gym or something or look online somepeople cant loose weight for their lives it aint easy it never is lol im sure itl happen if u keep at it!
